Also, every Saturday, House of Palettes organizes two-hour-long workshops on different topics related to art.

The lovely spot is situated inside Evoke Cafe, at Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur. They open from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm and remain closed on Mondays and Thursdays. You have to pay Rs 1500 for a standard-sized canvas, and it includes all the art supplies. The price may vary for the bigger sizes of canvas.

KTM Haat

KTM Haat is a secret place in Kathmandu, which no longer is a secret anymore. The place is renowned for promoting and selling “Made in Nepal” items. Additionally, it also has been conducting pottery sessions every Saturday since 2018. At KTM Haat, professional potters conduct one-on-one classes for adults and group classes for children. Do a pre-booking and then attend your pottery making session for some rewinding.

They have a lot of session schemes, and you can select a plan if you wish to learn pottery over time. The benefit is, you can schedule these classes according to your timing.

Pottery is definitely a fun activity you should try. And, KTM Haat is there to aid you. It is located in Bhanimandal, Lalitpur. It opens from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm every day. They charge Rs 1200 for children & Rs 2000 for adults for one session.

The Best Archery

The only Archery spot within Kathmandu!! It is the first and the sole running archery range in Nepal operating since 2014. You can go there to try archery for fun or for learning archery through proper archery sessions. It is definitely an adventurous thing to do in Kathmandu for spending your free time in a productive manner. If you are going there in a group, you would prefer to inform beforehand so sort out the best time for you since only 10 individuals can shoot at the range once.

The Best Archery is located at Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur. It’s open from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm even on Saturdays. You will be charged as per the time you’d be spending there. Rs 600 and Rs 400 per person for one hour and half-an-hour sessions respectively.

They are open all the days of the week whereas price varies from height and also on weekdays and weekends.  For children below 105 cm it costs Rs 499/- and Rs 799/– for others on weekdays. And on weekends, it costs Rs 699/- for children below 105 cm and Rs 999/- for others.
